My name is Jason Cranford. I am the Founder of the Flowering H.O.P.E. Foundation, a Health Care Associate for the Society for Cannabis Clinicians, as well as an expert Botanist that specializes in the organic cultivation of medical grade marijuana and the development of highly medicinal marijuana infused products. I have 25 plus years of experience in greenhouse and indoor cultivation with successful projects in multiple climates and elevations am am an expert in extractions and infusions, using a variety of solvents and delivery systems. Working as a licensed general contractor for 20 plus years has also given me comprehensive knowledge of the intricacies of Grow Room building and design. In 2011, I was awarded the CBD Award at the 1st Annual High Times Medical Cannabis Cup held in Denver, CO. For the past 4 years, I have successfully bred and produced a 95% CBD plant that has been verified through two independent labs. I have developed several CBD rich infused products including Cannatol™ 1:1 and Haleigh’s Hope.

I am Sebastien Cotte and I became actively involved in the field of medical marijuana in 2013 while seeking alternative treatments for my son Jagger's, rare terminal genetic disease. Like many other families, my wife Annett and I became medical refugees in Colorado to access cannabis oil for Jagger as our home state doesn't have a medical Cannabis law. I have received a bachelor degree in international business from the University of Indianapolis and will bring my 15 years of business experience at several Fortune 500 companies to the Flowering H.O.P.E. Foundation. My areas of expertise include: human resources, training, process improvements, sales management, customer care, marketing, brand building and much more. In addition, I am in the process of completing a medical marijuana certification program offered by the American for Safe Access and the Cannabis Training Institute. I am not only an active member in the MMJ community but I also serve as an ambassador for the United Mitochondrial Disease foundation, an organization that provides education, awareness and resources to health care professionals, patients and families affected by mitochondrial disease.

My name is Heather Cranford. I have been involved with the Flowering H.O.P.E. Foundation from the beginning, when I began volunteering in Operations and Management. I have watched a very grassroots operation stay grounded and humble, while growing at exponential speeds. I am proud to be a part of such a wonderful organization with so many loving, caring and down-to-earth staff! I came to the Flowering H.O.P.E. Foundation with a rich history in Sales and Marketing, where I have worked as an expert in Branding, Sales Procedure, New Product Development, Online and Social Media for over 15 years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Information Systems. I love that I can apply my knowledge and experience to a cause that truly matters. I am excited to support the Flowering H.O.P.E. Foundation in any way I can. I have bonded with the people and families that we work with in ways I never thought possible. I have cried with them and rejoiced with them on big victories and minor setbacks. I am so grateful to have an opportunity to join these astounding souls on this amazing journey. Thank you all!
